This 1940's traditional was a rental property for years and the seller was looking to modernize it for the market with minimal spend. We assisted the homeowner by selecting modern light fixtures and advising on the color story to refresh the walls and floors. Although this was just a partial stage, we gave each room we touched a purpose and a bright personality.
